FalTac Unlimited LLC is a Holster manufacturing Company in Barnstead, NH. We specialize in one off or off the shelf holsters and sheaths. Along with laser engraving as well. With just about 380 molds we work with, the amount of options there are are unreal.

Lets Sublimate A Poly 80 Pancake Build.
I just love when everything falls into place. The only draw back with this build was my planning. I did not have the correct belt loops in stock and had to wait a few days to get them in. But all is good and all is complete. The holster looks and feels damn good and is now on its way to the new owner. Sadly we lost a set of foam pads! haha but thats ok. heat transfer ink doesnt show up on black!

Negative. I have done it with some. Made no difference
@FalTacUnlimitedLLC that's good to know, I've done some molding with a couple different types of epoxy, a resin must be different in concerns with needing release agent. I was nervous for you the first time I watched it, I didn't think they would release. Thanks fir making this video! It's a great way to make a solid custom mold or trim jig! I've learned a ton from your videos!

What is the clear material you use for level 2 stiffener? I could use this on a non-holster project, and it seems to be real durable on my G40 lv2 holster.

you can get vac pumps from amazon, harbor freight etc. then a large flat hard surface with a hole in the center. connect lines and done

mine is home made, but all you need is a vac, a flat strong surface, a vac hose and some tools. i have a video on how i made a vac table

vac set up is quite easy. there are two options, a surge tank and compressor, or just compressor. I run just compressor, with direct vac hose from table to vac. the plug for the vac is on a pedal switch so i can do everything else while my foot hits the vac

After 3.5 years of doing custom builds (all folds, no vac table yet) I still struggle with cutting the optic area straight on both sides on my band saw. Any tips? I've tried to level by eye, putting a towel down to help keep it flat, and done dremel work. Still have to go back and sand it down on one of the sides. Super annoying.
my only tip is repetition and a level table

Where do find the level 2 strap? Ican't find em can you possibly use the orange gun to make taco style holster? My budget is very limited. Thanks for what you're doing
all material can be found at holstersmith.com and the orange drones are NOT for pressing, they are for folding only.
Hit pawn shops up and look for the cheap holster/gear bin and strip a holster that has parts you want. I find Safariland gear for super cheap this way. Hoods, hardware, etc. Regarding a mold, the cheapest way I found is to find a buddy or someone who trusts you and use their real gun for your mold. Remember, if you press a real gun with a polymer grip, put two layers of tape on the mag and insert it before you press. Grips shrink and deform, which can completely ruin a gun.
